CIVIL DEFENCE - the constituent of system of the nation-wide defensive actions which are conducted in peace and a wartime with the purposes of protection of civilians and economic objects from dangers, arising at military operations, and also for execution of saving and urgent under abnormal condition-regenerative operations in allowed bands of disastrous disaster.
